I joined up for Ebay Plus to get the Google Mini. When can I expect this to come?

I liked the options of Ebay Plus and also the opportunity to receive a free Google mini.  I've heard no more about this since I joined. As this was in August, I'm hoping to have an update or some information about this offer.  Does anyone know anything about this?

It was supposed to be sent out within 7 days of receiving your payment.

If you did not receive it I suggest you ring ebay.
