I need to change my home/delivery address on ebay, I've tried several times, can you help?

I've followed instructions, apparently changed address at least twice, but when I go to buy an item, it comes up with my old address? Please help.

It has been a looooooooooooooooooong time since I changed my address in my eBay so I don't quite remember the exact wording when you do it

Does it say anything along the lines of 'make this primary address' ?

Is there a confirm button hidden somewhere?

Have you changed you address in PayPal too (if that is how you pay) ?

Does it let you change your address where you go to buy and it asks you to confirm address?

I presume you are attempting to change or add a new postal address, and not trying to change your registration address.   Once you have entered the new address, click   make primary.  now the new address should be set as your postal address.
