Impossible to speak to an ebay agent

I have been charged for 3 postage labels that I never printed or used from eBay. So I went to speak to an agent. This was impossible as all I did was chase my tail. I’ll explain why. Went to help and chatted to the automated bot, typed “agent” which then replied with which country are you from, I’m from Australia, it only gave me 2 options, USA or Canada. It stated if my country was not there, call +1 (866) 961 9253, which I did. The line is disconnected. See.

If you generated the labels and failed to cancel them within 5 days, then the charges are valid.  The charges apply once a label is generated, not printed.
