Monthly Invoice - Not sure what the feeds are

Hi everyone,

Each month I receive this invoice for a monthly fee but I'm unaware of what I'm being charged of? The invoice itself does not tell me what fees I'm paying for

If anybody could clarify this for me that would be great

That's a credit balance, not a bill ( debit).

That amount sounds like 2 months of  ebay Plus
