This is a Member to Member Forum and as such other members cannot sort out your mess.  iT is obviously awhile since you used this a/c.  Contact the seller through the listing if need be.

Ebay rarely read here and dont reply so you had better make contact with them and sort your account.

There was an option to change over to the Messaging Company, it was't automatic.

My guess is that the OP didn't and is now using Gmail instead.
