Anyone else finding the new chat for help with ebay extremely frustrating???its so slow

The new chat for help is so time consuming it took over an hour yesterday just to get 3 credits back,how come sellers are never asked or told of changes ebay always assume it will help us

Check the eBay Announcements at least monthly, should help keep you up to date.

As to why they change things that are supposed to help ? No idea
