I am assuming you want to change your bank account details to be verified for Managed Payments (as a seller).

Make sure your new bank account has your name exactly as you have it in your eBay account.

Make sure that it’s a personal bank account if your eBay account is a personal account. (Don’t change eBay account to business if you can help it.)

Also make sure it’s an everyday transaction bank account, not a savings account.

It usually takes 2 business days for changes to be confirmed and payouts to be enabled for your new bank account.❞

It’s not enough to just edit the bank account, though. You must VERIFY the bank account, and also VERIFY your ID.

I have tried everything to change my bank account including a 1,5 hour chat that did not resolve my problem. I get transferred from Ebay to my bank account but it will not accept my password. The password is correct as in works when I do transactions directly with my bank. I have asked Ebay to contact me to no avail.

It says not to give out personal information when you post for a reason. The ONLY people who will email you will be SCAMMERS. nobody from eBay reads here. Any email you get, claiming to be eBay will be from SCAMMERS. It had a banner warning NOT to give out your email for that very reason
