Suspected Scam

I suspect someone has hacked my account and placed items for sales in terms of Microsoft Software. I am now being asked for a pin number to an item I have never sold. I have changed my password but not sure what to do next.

Here's an example of what I mean - the e-mail address shown at 1 isn't the same as the address shown at 2.

If you hover your cursor over a link in an eBay e-mail, the address that's displayed should end in "ebay.com" or "ebay.com.au" (depending on which country you're in). 

If it doesn't have either of those, best to assume it's a scam - delete it, and block the sender.
