countess, I can only make a guess the 'pending' charge and then actual charge situation that has been posted about by several people. But as the OP has'nt said what their issue is, I don't know for sure

To verify you bank account details, eBay credits $0.09 into your account but then debits the same amount twice. Because it's a minor amount, I am assuming most people don't care but this is corporate fraud and one can only imagine how much money they are making off this. Seems to be happening to every customer who has verified their bank account and yet eBay haven't fixed it.

Also I doubt that ANYBODY at ebay does look at these comments. But for what is worth I want to signal another stupid setup:

where the system accesses a transaction details  in   the field

it enters

Purchase amount

instead of describing what was purchased that I need to recall

Maybe because other members have read what the 'other issue' is about. 

No idea what a sgortcoming is (especially when you yell it at other members) or how your issue results in bank fees (what the topic you posted on is about)

If you don't know what you have bought, nobody here can tell you

And I also doubt anyone at eBay is going to choose to read a rant
