Do the photos you uploaded meet all requirement guideline?
Are they clear?
Does the name on it/them exactly match your name on your eBay account and bank?
Have you also done the banking component of signing up to Managed Payments?
You already have an item listed, if it sells, you will not get paid until you have done everything required and been verified to sell
And even you are, your funds will still be on hold as a new seller
