just want to know why some buyers are protected and there identity is not shown

All buyers ID's are protected.
Only you and the seller can see your ID.
Some sellers have private listings which means when feedback is left the item title does not show in the feedback.
You and every one else are seen as a number or letter then *** followed by another number or letter.
So others will see your ID as you see theirs.
