Why do I keep getting messages that say I need to update my account information?

About every week I get a message saying I need to update my account information. I follow the links and it says I need to upload photos of my drivers license. I do this and it seems that it is all okay. Then a few days later I have to go through it all again. The messages seem to threaten to cut me off from selling anything but, since I haven't tried lately, I'm not sure if this is true or not. This has been going on for at least two months.

eBay have parted company with PayPal and going onto a new system.

It's called Managed Payments and you need to complete all the updates if you intend on selling on eBay.

That means uploading photo ID and including a linked bank account for sales and fees.

Well, I have added my drivers licence and passport, with photos and I still keep getting requests to update my account.
