cancel and Refund ebay Plus membership

Hi

I was automatically charged by ebay plus membership today till 19th Aug 2020. 

eBat did not notify me before the renewal.

But I don't want the membership,  I have cancel it. I want refund as I don't need it.

I hv registered ebay in 2010, being a alomost 10-year customer. This is my first time getting **bleep** by ebay Call Centre.

Any suggestion about refund？

I am also in a similar boat. Hit sign up with the offer of a $50 voucher. Was charged the $49 sign up fee, but no voucher came. Try to cancel and get a refund but there is no option for refund anywhere or anywhere to contact a human

I'm in a similar spot. I've never seen a company not refund at least a pro rata refund for a cancelled subscription, unless it was a monthly one.

It doesn't seem ethical that eBay does not notify you that your membership will be renewed soon.
Ethically, they could eaily give you 3 months, 1 month and 1 day's warning but instead, they subtract the amount from your PayPal account, When you cancel, you have a year to wait until the cancellation happens.
It's a bad practice and I would think a practice beyong eBay. Shame!

I was promised that my refund on my cancelled membership are already been processed . I provided them my new account details & I changed the details in my IMAC device . I would like to received than enail if what’s happening on my refund .

Contact ebay. Select help at the top and scroll to chat.

1. In the eBay app look at the bottom screen and select (my eBay)

2. Select (eBay plus) 

3. Select (visit eBay help)
4. Select ( explore your benefits) it might be hard to find but it is underlined and below “Hi user name”

5. select ( edit membership) it is in blue. And you can cancel your membership from there.
