changing registration details even the persons name can it be done?

When my daughter opened up her account she registered in her name, but the money side of it itis all in my name. Recently became a powerseller so we go to open up a shop as the listings are to expensive and they say it cant be done because the registration name isnt the same as all the bank details. Is there anyway of getting to open a shop up and keep all the good feedback? as it looking like it needs to go in my name (mum) without losing all feedback. Dont know what to do its frustrating. When we first opened we didnt know we would go so well and having things in two different names would affect us so bad but it is. PLeeeeeese help us someone. thankyou
