I have now joined eBay plus twice last week & when I go to buy something & I get a $5 discount, I press on that & it takes me straight back to eBay plus to register again ?????

I should be able to buy & add the discount to my purchase, considering I’ve registered twice last week.

WHY IS THIS DOING THIS.

All my details are correct and it stated that I am now an eBay plus member.

I’m not sure why you would join eBay Plus twice.

Has your eBay Plus been cancelled previously?

Were you logged into your usual account? (Or did you perhaps log in using your Google / gmail or Facebook or whatever…?)

Did you wait until your eBay Plus membership was activated? (I think - anecdotally - that it takes a few days.)

One thing — do you use/have you used eBay Plus to buy things for business purposes?

But really, all you can do is to talk to the ePay Plus CS reps.
