eBay why have I a 0.15% figure in returns column when I have never had an item returned???

I noticed this some months ago and it was a figure of 0.11% this has increased to a current figure of 0.15%.

Can you please explain why this is on my account in the first place???

That would be something you would have to ask eBay. Not other members on the boards.

At a guess, given it is a rolling 12 month metric, I suspect you have had more sales drop off than added.
