I receive emails from a seller who advise that the emails are generated by Ebay as I am "following him".
I am no longer am interested in his product range and have not nominated him as a "Saved" seller.
He advises he cannot stop me following him and I must do it through Ebay
No where can I find an "unfollow" button and this question has been asked before without an apparent solution being advised.
No complaint against the seller just don't want his emails anymore.
regards
Harry
I had another look and on the page for Saved Sellers I first linked to there is an Edit option at the top of the page, and if you click on it you can unsubscribe from newsletters (or also subscribe), but if you don't have any saved sellers it is just weird. Try saving the seller and see if you can then go to the edit options and unsubscribe, then you can delete the seller.
Have you tried deleting the seller here? https://www.ebay.com.au/myb/SavedSellers?_trksid=p2315708.m2034.l3390
It is weird that eBay says you are not following the seller, and the seller says you are not on their list. And usually there is an unsubscribe link at the end of newsletters... Any other newsletters you are interested in? Otherwise you could just create a new folder and have the newsletters from store-newsletter-AU@ebay.com redirected to that folder, so you don't see them.
No solution available
Just had conversation with Ebay and they advise i am not following anyone nor do I have any saved sellers.
The seller says I am not on their mailing list.
I get an email from store-newsletter-AU@ebay.com as follows
