I have had 3 deliveries in the past 2 months go missing. One delivery was worth worrying about so I got a refund. The other 2 deliveries were of very low value so I couldn't be bothered to persue them. I've also had a defective item supplied that I ordered 3 months ago and 3 days after I received it and gave the supplier a top rating, I discovered it was defective. I have been in touch with the supplier and all I get are promises. I also ordered an item and the suppler said that they'd sent it only to find out they hadn't because they'd sold out. When questioned they offered me an alternative, which i said I'd accept because I was getting fed-up with the whole thing. 3 months, 5 problems!! this is not good enough, The policy of not being able to re-access a suppliers ratings is a floor in your system. How come you only have a smiley face on your icon bar and not an unhappy one, it would get used more than the smiley one.
