The buyer told Paypal she could not send payment thru as she was having trouble with her accounts.Paypal told her to tell the seller(me)to do a manual invoice.I found an odd message on my home phone telling me to do a manual invoice -and the problem was at my end!! My accounts were and are working perfectly well! I did do the manual invoice and sent it to her,she emailed me she still could not pay me,(i also had bank deposit).Mind you,she did not tell me of the problems she had from the time she purchased the item (4days) until the 5th day when I decided to cancel the order as I had no communication (4 emails i sent)from this person as to weather or not she wants to finalise the purchase. Bottom line is the buyer told lies in order to get my personal details,and has not purchased the item she said she desparatly wanted. How do you protect your personal information from situations like mine?
