So I just got ripped off by a seller who sent the wrong parts. He's refused to refund.Ebay agreed

Have you followed the instructions (if any) given to you by ebay?

They don't run after you....you need to keep checking the dispute for any developments.

To me that says it all,now if you send the wrong parts back then the seller might refund.

So now you're saying that the seller knows they sent the wrong parts and are refusing to refund period.

Well I get it now silly me for being so confused.
