Additional fee based on actual size

I recently sold an item but was charged an additional fee twice. I don't see a reason for this to be added in the first instance as dimensions and weight were correct for item posted with supplied postage label. It must be an error to add it twaice?

I was also charged an additional fees , and the dimensions of the box mentioned for the extra charges are totally wrong.
