Last day to verify my bank account details for payouts but there's an issue

I have tried and retried adding my bank account details to verify my bank account and get payouts but I keep seeing this. What should I do as eBay has messaged me saying that by tomorrow I have to provide bank details to receive payouts.

Is it an everyday transaction account?

Is the name on the bank account exactly the same as the name on your eBay account?

Have you typed in the micro deposit amounts to verify the account?

Have you verified your ID with photo ID (driver licence or passport)?

I have put my bank details for two other ebay accounts before.
