Hi I have sold an item. aim a  private seller .

How to I mark item as sent on the site

Go to the item. You will find a drop-down box, that will enable you to do many things

There can be small differences depending on whether you’re using the app or the web portal.


If you’re on the app:


1. Go to the “Orders” menu.


2. Tap on the item you want to update.


3. If you’re sending the item with tracking, enter your tracking number and carrier details — you can even scan the QR code on your parcel label to auto-fill this info.


4. If you’re sending it without tracking, tap on the “Manage Postage” button at the bottom of the page. A menu will open — scroll down and select the “Mark as sent” option to update the order status.


That’s it — your buyer will see that the item’s on the way. You’ll need to make sure you update this within the handling time window otherwise it can affect your stats.

They sold the item last December

 

Rater too late to answer the person now

 

Especially when they were answered already, very shortly after they asked
