I recently sold and item and have tried to create a postage label but have been told the address cannot be verified. Quick google and the listed postcode is incorrect for the suburb. The buyer hasn't replied for my request to verfiy. The address with the wrong postcode is also the address listed on paypal so I am concerned if I don't use the 'incorrect' address I won't be covered if it goes astray...
You need to post to the address on the paypal payment. It is the buyers responsibilty to make sure that is correct. Check their feedback and see if they have been receiving other items, if so, it would presumably be to that address.
