I have purchased items that with the Global Shipping option. Mostly there is no problem and I can track the item from the tracking link provided to me.
However, I now have two items, from different sellers, different dates of purchase, in the Global Shipping programme where a "tracking" advice has been provided to me but any search simply shows "PBI".
What is PBI?
Why can't I track progress?
Is there some action I should be instigating?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
