I bought an item from Canada and received a conformation order with the wrong addres1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200 Erlanger, KY 41018-3193 United States.
it gives me know idea how to retrieve my purchase from Kentucky to Western Australia. i have been to PayPal and eBay web pages and I don't know anymore than what I did when I started.
can someone please shed a little light on this subject ?

If it is the Sony remote control the seller is in the USA, not Canada and is using the Global Shipping Program which has it's depot in Erlanger.
You package wil be repacked and processed in Erlanger and then forwarded to Australia in due course. You should then be sent a new tracking number.
