I have sent a item addressed to the buyer with tracking. This was sent on September 2nd Australia Post keeps telling us that it is still in transit. I have rang Australia Post who are now doing a tracking inquiry which could take a few days. In between this I did contact the buyer directly to advise him and also to ask if he had received the item. I haven't heard back from the buyer. My question is "What do I do next?"

It can take 10 or 12 days for an item to travel within Australia. Just keep the buyer in the loop at this point. You can wait for the outcome of the enquiry if they are not stressed about it.
