My order was placed on the 12/04/2023, Transaction ID:7YD51627C8630512M
I live on the Gold Coast and the product was coming from the Sunshine Coast a 2 hour drive, and it's nearly a month,what is going on, if it's not here by Monday I will cancel the order.
Buyers cannot cancel orders, only sellers can do that.
What is the item number (RHS of the listing page about halfway down) ?
If the estimated delivery date ( as shown on your purchase page) has passed then open an INR ( item not received) case by clicking on the "more actions" button next to the item. Although I have noticed today that this option has disappeared from any order that has a tracking number- even if tracking does not show delivery! In which case you may need to contact ebay livechat
As said, you can't cancel
Other members have no way of knowing what is going on, and cannot tell you anything from the transaction number
Have you communicated with the seller?
What was the estimated delivery date?
Did you check the seller's feedback before buying?
Where is the seller registered?
