No, most couriers do not service OS - it would have to be sent by an export company ie: DHL or EMS (A.Post service) or such like.
Not sure on the restrictions regarding this kind of item via airmail, given the cost for sending and the price you likely listed for, I would not imagine it would be viable.
Mandy, your DSR's are very low, I think I would sell withihn Aus only, and give up on OS, JMO
