Lazy delivery drivers

Twice recently I have ordered from Ebay and when the delivery comes the drivers have called my phone and asked me to meet them out in the street. I am wheelchair bound and tell them this and ask them to bring the parcel to my front door. I pay or get it free in the price, for delivery and expect it. This was Couriers Please.

Your issue would appear to be with the couriers, not eBay.

eBay don't decide how sellers post their products, sellers do.

Take it up with them.

I have done that but Ebay should know about this problem.Ebay advertises :free delivery" does that mean delivery to anywhere on your street or footpath?

How would eBay know that the courier does? they have nothing to do with choosing the courier company or how a driver behaves

How is it the seller you gave the neg to responsible for what an individual driver did?. (Since that is what the feedback is based on

Have you made a formal complaint to the courier company about this driver?

eBay do not advertise 'free' delivery. Sellers do. eBay is a platform, not a seller and can do nothing about your issue.
