hi, guys
auspost introduce a new fee called Manifest Correction Fee, for those parcels declare a wrong weight (20% tolerance confirm by my manager) just wondering if we can export the weight in csv file that include the correct weight, that we can upload to eparcel to print the label? I can only see parcel weight in product listing ?
Not me. I know what my items weigh and charge and pay for accordingly.
I don't have the pitfall of trying to automate everything so I don't have to work for my money
If you have a spreadsheet with the correct weight, you put into another spreadsheet to copy the content you want with spreadsheet formula. Just say you have top part of spreadsheet and bottom or you can have two different worksheet, up to you, but personally I use top and bottom method. I copy the spreadsheet data you want to the bottom, then on the top part it will be auto populated with correct data you want that you can import to eParcel. Hopefully you get what I meant.
well if you have many orders to send it would be a big issue as you might be need to weight individually, it is really time consuming especailly for small items but muttiple quantity sold at a time
Keep accurate records. Don't rely on eBay to run your business for you. You have 146 listings. I can manage to keep on top of 2000, so no sympathy from me
sorry, I have no idea....but this will 'bump' the thread hopefully, to someone who knows??
