No tracking update?, i bought a product a week ago and recieved a tracking number starting with UPAa

Hi guys, i bought a product 1 week ago from an ebay seller from the US, i was supplied with a tracking number starting with UPAAD etc. However it has not updated at all, all it says is

Tracking Details Uploaded   Feb 5

12:15 PM

thats it.

First time ive experienced using this tracking service, but i would have thought after almost a week it should have updated further.

Anyone have any insight?

i believe the tracking service is Pitney Bowes.

It will be held at Erlinger Kentucky for clearance to ship to Australia. Once it arrives in Aus you will be able to track it. Be patient, most shipments fom US are coming via sea, as fewer cargo planes becaue of COVID.

Check again in about 10  days time
