GSP just robbed me of a rare Scotty Cameron.

I recently purchased an extremely rare Scotty Cameron Putter, one I’ve been trying to find for years. The seller ships it with Global Shipping Programme then this happens. The package is 10cm too long so they’ve seized it and refunded my money like it a toaster or something. I don’t want my money I want my putter. 

Can anyone please help me?

I can’t even lodge a complaint because they closed out the sale as “refunded” this is border line scamming. I’m not sure what to do now to try get my putter back.

You won't get it - Pitney Bowes will sell it to recoup the refunds.

If you decide to look for a replacement putter from overseas you'd better check that the seller is not using the Global Shipping Program....and that there are other options for posting something so long.   Due to the size issues it may be a problem.

But forget trying to get the putter you bought.....that is not possible.  It's gone.

I wont bother replying to all the "You got your money back so move on" comments, as they obviously understand very little about rare items. 

Doesn't matter where this is posted as long as people have it come up in GSP Google searches, so they can hopefully avoid being shafted also.

Your posts wont make one scrap of difference, The item was over size and therefore likely to be damaged, damage other items or sorting machines.
