With so many people being charged $19 'without their permission' certainly sounds like some kind of fee they did'nt agree to that they agreed to

@ flattray You mean you have been charged the fee you agreed to when signing up to get the voucher. Anyone who has REALLY been scammed would be reporting it to their bank and canceling the card. You will keep being charged $19 every month, as agreed when signing up and giving them your banking information until you cancel the subscription

Scam!! I never signed up and it deducted $19 for 3 consecutive months and I realised when I checked my credit card bill. I called my credit card provider and explained the situation because you cannot sign out from a ghost account!. They blocked my card, and now it is in resolution, hopefully I will get my money back from Citibank (not the scammer), the first transaction was for $3 USD (I live in Australia), they test with a small amount and then continue until YOU stop it. Another US based scam also detected, I was lucky that a third was flagged by Citi, so if you see any transaction for very small amount call your bank. You will get another card and it is a bother, but at least you stop these criminals on time.

How did they get your details if you did'nt sign up? The sums you mention are the sums charged, shown in the t&c. Getting another card does not cancel the subscription, but will bring in the debt collectors. So if it really was'nt you, you are going to have to find out who used your eBay account to use to sign up to get the voucher and instruct them to cancel the subscription 'they' made. And then contact eBay and report your account has been compromised
