Seller refuses to communicate tracking number shows never scanned and inactive item

I have tried to communicate with the seller Australia Post has suggested that the item was never sent. i have proof of purchase my email is REMOVED and bank statement also shows.

 

I can not see how also to report this seller I would of thought that it would be compulsory to be able to contact buyers by telephone if this occurs.

Not a good idea to give out your email address on a public forum for the world to see

 

I will ask a mod to remove it for your privacy but please be careful of scam emails you may get now as a result

 

Where was your seller registered?

 

Do they have prior feedback saying this is typical behaviour?

 

You say your bank statement shows payment. did you pay by bank deposit or by a card linked to your bank account?

 

Are you able to open an item not recieved dispute?

 

I am assuming you are yet to contact eBay about this?
