Seller won't send item for at least a month

I know it's "buyer beware", but when I bid for and won an item (using ebay app on my iphone) I didn't see that the seller wouldn't deliver for at least a month. I messaged him and asked when he could send it and he replied "Whenever I get a day off work or go sick, I'm crazy busy at work - it could take up to a month". When I asked if I could pick up the item because it's half an hour away from me in Sydney he said no, he never allows pick-ups. Apart from telling me "I should have carefully read the shipping and handling details (which I didn't see on my phone) is there anything else I can do?"

Yeh thats the silly thing about phone apps they are very limited to what you can see.

You really only have two options. To wait a month before the seller are able to post the item or the other thing is to get your money back through Paypal like other people in this forum suggested.
