On occasions when I order things from ebay, my old address is automatically printed out and even though I change it, it automatically changes back again the minute I click on enter for it to reach you and this is where my goods get delivered to - my old address, when I first moved in here it happened regularly (nearly three years ago) but not since, except for the last twice, so the person where I last lived is getting them not me, but as far as you are concerned they have been delivered. Obviously if you have my old address, it doesn't matter how many times I change it, it only changes back again, I am not going to be able to order from you any more if you are not able to change this. It is pointless ordering anything if I am not going to get it. If I order from somebody selling privately it seems to be OK, but not from a company. The last thing I ordered was a Franklyn CWM109 Electronic Collins Crossword Solver which are very hard to get, that's why I ordered from another country. Thank you for your attention.
Do you save the changes? When checking out, your name and address is displayed, are you checking to make sure this is your current address that is showing before you check out. Is your old address still showing in your account along with your current one? Are you able to delete the old address?
It has nothing to do with fellow buyers and sellers here
eBay do not read here
'they' (The seller )can only send it to the address you provide
And if you use PayPal, the seller has to send it to that address
Are you not asked to confirm the shipping address when paying?
Where is you old address being printed out?
Have you updated your address in your actual eBay information as well as Paypal?
