Tracking Sold Items

I am getting SICK of eBay sending me my add tracking performance is so low. I have told them over and over if I sell a coin for $3 and postage is $3.75, NO PERSON OR BUYER will ever want to pay tracking on such a small amount, Tracking or registered postage is additional $5.25, so for a $3 coin they expect me to charge $9 postage including tracking. What a joke. they just want more fees from me as they get a cut from my postage total as well which also seems extremely wrong.

I had to refund $8 to a buyer as he said a single item did not turn up, EVEN THOUGH I said there is no tracking and did he want to add the extra. Of course he said no as an $8 item is almost doubled in cost for tracking.

eBay, be realistic in what sellers are saying and do something about it, I have been on Ebay for over 22 years and 100 percent feedback. STILL !!!, they dont back me up on much at all, with nearly 3000 feedbacks a buyer with 10 can say item never arrived, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!

Just to add.   Your listings show  "standard parcel delivery" as the postage option the buyer is paying for, which is a tracked postage service.  I realize you are well and truly under charging for standard parcel delivery, but as your listings stand, that is what you are required to provide and the buyer and ebay should expect

No tracking, you have no proof of delivery, so no matter how low the buyers FB score is, if they claim an item has not been received, you are not entitled to and can not expect any support from ebay.  Surely you understand that without tracking you lose INR every single time.

If you want ebays support in INR matters, alter  your sales strategy to entice buyers to pay for tracking.

No good yelling at eBay on a member to member forum that eBay very rarely read

No use 'telling eBay' over and over, you say you have been on eBay over 22 years, so you would know how it works and if you choose not to use tracking, the chances you take, eBay are not going to change policy because you, I, or any other member 'tell them'
