Does USPS still track international i offered something off ebay from the u.s to australia and the tracking stopped soon as it left L.A as shown here

its been stuck at that for 12 days now will it start tracking in australia or stop there?

It will only show any further tracking when it arrives here, clears Customs and is scanned into the postal system here.

Sometimes it is not scanned until it is delivered.  Just be patient and allow at least 3 weeks for it to be delivered before worrying.
