What does Sendle not collect my packages for delivery ?

I use Sendle who is a EBay courier partner for my deliveries.  They do not come and pick up my packages.  They do not answer my emails.  They are a disgrace !!!! they do take my postage money immediately.  How do i get this fixed ?
