Hi, thanks to a helpful ebayer I discovered on the weekend that tracked satchels are not covered under the Paypal Protection Policy.  

Now I'm looking for an alternative to posting registered mail because it's so expensive for the buyer.  

Can someone tell me if Click and Send items are covered by Paypal if linked with the Ebay account and is that just because the address is entered into their database?  But what's to stop the seller from still posting elsewhere?  Just wanting to know what all the experienced sellers are using.

Ok thanks.  The main problem I have is that the ring boxes are wider than 20mm so has to be sent as a small parcel.  With registered on top it works out over $10 and then insurance is more.  I have had a situation before where someone crashed my 'stars' because they were annoyed about my postage charges.  I just want to avoid this happening so I guess I'll stick to the 'free post' and add it into the price of the item, but again, this pushes the start price up.
