There are currently many threads started by people who want to cancel Smartycashback.

Is your problem that they withdrew $19 from your credit card? This seems to be a problem for many at the moment.

Did you by any chance use the $15 voucher when you signed up? If you did, you agreed to start the Plus subscription, which is not free after the trial (if you don't cancel the trial). I think this is the problem many people recently had, although I am not sure.

I see these all the time and think "People are too smart to fall for that, right? They know it's a trial and they're gonna get charged if they don't cancel... right?" Then I see tons of complaints and people yelling "SCAM!" Folks, this isn't a scam, you signed up for it! Read what you're clicking or stop putting your credit card information on the internet!!

I have sent numerous emails  no luck they have taken app $100.00 out of my credit card  $19.00 plus overseas transactions fee

emailing is not going to do a thing. You need to cancel, not sending emails. When you signed up, you agreed to pay their monthly fee. It has nothing to do with overseas transactions, nor using 'their services when buying on eBay'. You will be charged every month until you cancel

In future, don't sign up to something 'to get a voucher' when you have no idea what it is you are signing up to, and ticking the box you read and understood what it is you are doing
