Many did, not knowing they were signing up to Smarty Cash back.

Then you need to cancel. You signed up and agreed to the fees for doing so. Read the many many many comments on this. You can't just post on the forum, claim 'you did'nt know' you signed up and would like it to stop. It will not stop until you stop it. Anyone who honestly did not sign up would be on to their bank and reporting unauthorised charges

The above link is to the thread I posted in the Buying board here in the eBay Community discussion boards, where I explain the T&Cs which you should have read, as well as exactly what steps you must take to cancel the subscription.

I have it pinned for obvious reasons. People will still keep on falling for these voucher-for-nothing-ha-ha offers…

It is really worrying how many people fall for these vouchers. I think it is better to keep explanations as short as possible though, at least or in particular with these people who don't bother to read T&Cs,

I assume you mean the Plus subscription. You probably didn't read the T&Cs when you accepted the $15 eBay voucher they offered, as by accepting the voucher you started the Smarty Plus trial, which you should have cancelled if you didn't want to continue the Plus membership.
