Hi! does anyone know if it is possible to somehow open an oz post 500 gram satchel i am sending to a customer so that I can put in another item that was purchased later? am not sure of the 'rules' at ozpost and it is stuck down now and am unable to open...super strong glue!

The sticky part of the flap doesn't go right to the edge of the flap so you could always try cutting it open right up against where the sticky bit ends, then tape over the flap when you're finished so that the cut is a little bit in underneath the flap where they can't see it's been opened and re-closed.
Otherwise, ring your PO and ask what the rules are. I know registered envelopes aren't supposed to look like they've been opened/tampered with but that'd be because of the insurance side of things so it may be okay with satchels.
