Hi, I purchased something on 16Dec 2017, it was shipped on 18Dec by Global shipping, it got stuck in transit to Erlanger, KY depot from Texas. THe last update says on 24Dec2017 there is a delay in shipping after that no more information regarding the whereabout of parcel. It has since past the last day of estimated arrival date, so i went ahead to file for INR & mentioned it is a GSP transaction and then i messaged the seller. Just an hour ago, the seller messaged me back to say that she got a $40 charge back on her account, why did that happened? I have written and asked someone before in Q&A to confirm that GSP is to pay for the lost, NOT the seller!!! Initially she was reluctant to international shipping, after back and forth messaging her, she finally agreed to ship by GSP thinking it will cover the both of us. Now, it's really disappointing. What is going to happen from here on? Will she be left out of pocket? Will i get a refund? I still want the item, but left with no choice but to file INR. If by chance, this parcel made it to me in Australia (if i got my refund) i will pay back the seller, should ebay took money away from her. Any ideas as to where to go from here?

So do you think this Chinese seller has found a way to get free post by using the same tracking number and just changing the name and address each time??? Me thinks they found a loophole somewhere. I purchased several items from the same seller. The seller combined the items into a single express post satchel that cost under $14. However charged me a total of $49.40 for shipping as the items did not combine at checkout. At the time of purchase I did not notice the high shipping cost as I purchased multiple items from multiple sellers via my shopping cart. The seller has agreed to refund me $20 for the access shipping cost still leaving me paying $29 for $14 worth of shipping. I had thought it was against ebay rules. I could understand if each item was sent seperately and the cost of shipping really did come to $49 however the seller conveniently combined the shipping for him/her self and then charged me for individual shipping. The seller is indicating he has "broken my rule" and refunded me $20. I was about to reply that his rule is meaningless it's ebay rules that count but thought I'd better double check.

I used eBay Create Postage Label for the first time today: Created the label, printed it out at Officeworks, and took to to Australia Post. Except, Australia Post wasn't able to scan both the barcode and 3D barcode. Australia Post staff told me to go and reprint another one because it looks like the barcode is too close together. They can enter the tracking number into the system, but the subsequent scans won't show up (including Delivered scan). Long story short, I ended up taking out the eBay-generated label from my parcel and paying an additional $7.95 for Australia Post to generate another label and tracking. I looked up information about printing the labels on eBay, but could not find any detailed specifications regarding printing. I'm wondering if anyone have encountered this issue in the past and have any special tips on how to print these labels? I noticed that the barcode and 3D barcode is an image (I noticed some aliasing around the barcodes compared to the sharp edges on the customer address). Thank you in advance.

Just cancelled a postage label to make some amendments and start again, but both are still showing as active. It is saying there are multiple packages for the customer. Oddly enought it is givng me the option to remove the one that the goods have been sent on, but no way to remove the unwanted one During the cancellation process the system confirmed as cancelled. Now I am concerned that I will get charged twice. Has anybody experienced this?

Ebay says an item was delivered by Global, but is refusing to show any signature or give details of the local courier used, so that I am unable to chase down the packages. I am convinced that the local courier is at fault. ebay says I am not getting a refund. In their typical stupid way, they failed to read that I still want the items! They never seem to be on point. I have 2600+Feedback 100%+ve and they treat me in this shoddy way. How do I find out who says they delivered them? Sue a registered office of ebay? I am in Australia

I sell small items that I ship using ordinary Australia Post Letter Service - not the Parcel Service. The basic shipping is included in the item cost. I want to have options for the customer to choose one of : Standard Free Delivery (2-6 business days) Priority Post $0.50 (1-4 business days) Registered Post $4.00 (2-6 business days) Priority Registered Post $4.50 (1-4 business days) Express Post $5.00 (often next business day) I want these options to be immediately available to the customer at time of purchase. How do I do this? I have tried in the policies section and even asked the help line to no joy. There is a problem that ebay doesn't seem to know about the Australia Post Letter Service at all! It seems to know about the Parcel Service and the Express service but nothing actually related to Letter Service. The essential difference between the letter network and parcel network is the parcel network shipping time is 1 business day faster than ordinary post and the same speed as priority post. Express Post is yet another network that also has actual service level guarantees (unlike letter and parcel networks)

I bought a mobile phone last week from <Removed> The package was supposed to arrive by 26/10/2017 but the item was left outside my house on the 03/11/2017. One of my neighbor took the item parcel and I got it the next day. This raises few questions: - Ebay or the seller advised wrong lead time. - The item location was Victoria, Australia but it took 3 weeks to receive after payment + dispatch. This item was posted from overseas and the seller falsely listed it as local item. There are two postage lable on top of each other that shows that it was posted outside Australia. I would not have purchased if I knew that this item will be posted from outside Australia due to postage delay. - Even thought, it was mentioned in the listing about Australia Post Parcel Signature on delivery, the item as left outside. It was not signed. It could have been stolen. What really frustrates me is that I cannot leave feedback for this item right now as I conatcted ebay for non-receipt of the item earlier. I'm really thinking to report this to ACCC since ebay encourages fraudalent selling activities on their site these days.

I have decided to stop buying anymore items on ebay because sellers don't send the items quick enough to me,they wait up to 7 days before finally sending the item you have bought to you,i am furious with sellers who sell items and wait for long periods of time in order to send their items to me,i will be buying items that are closer to my home,no more interstate or overseas buyers,also a lot of sellers say they are from sydney,but really they are from either interstate or overseas,there is a lot of false advertising at ebay and i am fed up with it,NO MORE, ITS STRESSFULL. They give you a tracking number and Australia Post cannot find it on their website,it doesn't compute,false sellers and false advertising and also wrong delivery dates. Only local will be purchased,mainly around my area where i live,up to 20 kilometres away,thats it!!!!
