I have a issue with a seller not refunding my order that hasnt been received. I ordered the item in October 2020. What can I do? Tried to open a case on them but the item number can not be found now.
Go to purchase history and change the option at the top from 60 days to 2020 to find the listing.
But if you log into PayPal you should be able to open a case for INR in their resolution centre.
You only have 30 days past the ETA with eBay and 180 days in PayPal
What was the seller's response?
Was there tracking?
Where was the seller registered?
