Hi. I just ordered an item and applied an eBay code but it did not complete so I requested a cancellation based upon a funding issue. EBay sent a cancellation request on December 26th but the seller sent order on 27th. EBay replied to my cancellation saying I was too late ! Well I really don’t feel I was late as the request was clearly identified as 26th and it does not make sense to say I was too late! is it possible for eBay accept it was not my fault?
