Hi All I did order a LCD sereen for iphone from this seller  moon-ao02  from china, they said it will take 30 to to recevie it till date no sign from them. I did send a email  to the seller and I get this email back saying For your protection, your recent message to moon-ao02 wasn't sent because moon-ao02 has been suspended and is no longer a registered user. HI,   Its been a few years since I actively sold on ebay and alot has changed!   So I think I understand that as I have a new paypal account, there is a payment holding system.   Buyer has done a paypal transaction, which is showing as pending in paypal.   So I think I ship the goods, add the tracking details, and then what?   Paypal waits for my buyer to say received? leave feedback? or its a set time I have to wait for $$. Hi there! I just got an email saying I made a payment of AU$79.98 to ebay international AG. I have a transaction ID of 8A4749V02AY97E4106 and an invoice ID of 528290383. Of course I didnt make any purchase at this time and I havent actually got anything from ebay in over a month. The email is attached to a link and it states that i can cancel my payment there. Obviously with frauds and links as such I havent gone to the link. I hae chacked my bank account and I havent seen any deducted payments yet. If i do what should I do? Hi,   I purchased an item and realised it was not what I wanted. I emailed the seller before paying asking for a refund and they said that was fine, however I still needed to pay so they could actually cancel it. I paid through PayPal and I still had not been refunded a week later. I emailed the seller again asking for my money, and they said that I needed to finish the cancellation process through ebay. So I followed the prompts and it came to a section where it said if I had recieved the money yet, or what date I had recieved it. I clicked I had recieved it, though I hadn't because there was no other option (and I just want my money back). Why is it that  seller can open a dispute on their say so. The seller says I haven't paid but I have. My only options are to contact her, which I have, or pay her, which I have. Why have I got no recourse? She has no proof as I paid her with a bank deposit and it's her word against mine. She is the one who opened the dispute so it should be up to her to prove her case. It's not up to me to prove my innocence. The whole system is flawed in that I HAVE paid, and I HAVE contacted her yet I have no other options.
