hi paypal has with - held money for no reason whatsoever as i have more than met all there requirements (before you ask) and yes positive feed back was quick - PAYPAL after 4 days of trying so far refuses to answer any my emails WHAT RIGHT HAS PAYPAL to hold money when A *it is not their money B* item immediately collected and marked posted good feedback posted (over 100 feedback and 100% pos) And to add Insult to this morally corrupt practice THEY - PAYPAL CHARGE ME to delay my money which i naturally expected to be paid almost instantly. AND EBAY COVERS UP THIS PRACTICE. Could you please tell me what happens regarding fees I have been charged on a truck I sold for $2000.00 which the buyer requested to cancel due to ill health.  I agreed to this cancellation however have been charged a Final Value Fee of $60.00.  The buyer has said she will reimburse me for these fees but also said I would be entitled to money back on these fees, therefore I don't want to charge her the fees as it seems she already has enough to deal with if I do infact get the money refunded to me from Ebay.  Please advise what the situation is so I can let the buyer know that hopefully she will not have to reimburse me.   Regards Lyn ... I have recieved an account for the selling of my sideboard, but it has not been picked up or paid for after 4 weeks. Hi guys I'm new to selling and have just a basic sellers acc , but lately ( in last month ) I've had 3 buyers commit to buy but don't pay , ( is this because of my set up ) or ( doesn't my acc allow for credit cards ) either way I'm losing sales and would like to no if it's my fault or does this happen a lot ..... see if you can answer this , Pay pal sent an email asking for payments for books that I won , I put in my password sent it off for my payment I sent an email to removed stating the payment was made ,I said if there was a problem to contact me, I supplied copies of bank transfer, this is the reply I got HE answered with Hi Graeme if you paid by Pay Pal today it will not go thru to my Pay Pal account because my old Pay Pal email address had to be changed I can generate a Pay Pal invoice for the item you bought on eBay but you never did i CONTACT pay pal ,this is what pay pal said The payment you made to removed@yahoo.com.au was reversed because the status of the payment was showing as 'unclaimed'.
