Sorry if this has been answered before.   I bought some shoes that were paid for and received fine - although they were the wrong size and I sent them back for a full refund. Seller sent refund to the PayPal used for the initial purchase. I had used a once-only transaction paypal with my debit card and since then have signed up for PayPal - not surprising I can't find the refund transaction anywhere. I was reading that i can not cancel a payment, I think this is outragous. I Have purchased an item that clearly the seller does not have and has sent away for the item. Seller has not taken the funds as they are still unclaimed. I could have bought from some one else that actually has the product. The seller is falsely advertising that he has the product. Yet i can not cancel the sale. Well i have canceled it and to be honest  the ebay paypal policy seems of seller id-ing the product they are selling with you is not working, and i do not see why i have to wait for them to get a product that they have clearly stated they have at this address but do not. If a buyer does not pay the funds by the right time he has to wait.
